SHIPPING FEES


Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be specified when the order is confirmed.

Delivery is provided by Colissimo and DHL. Here is the pricing schedule (subject to change):

Delivery method in Monaco:

  • Colissimo signature or mailbox delivery:
    • €10
    • Free for purchases over €250
  • Courier: free delivery within Monaco
  • Pickup point: €5

Delivery method in France:

  • Colissimo signature or mailbox delivery:
    • €10
    • Free for purchases over €250
  • Pickup point:
    • €5 for parcels under 1 kilo
    • €10 for parcels over 1 kilo
    • Free for purchases over €250
  • Delivery with DHL Express: €13

Currently, Nilazur delivers to the following European countries: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Greece, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Norway, Czech Republic.

  • Zone A: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Greece
    • From 0 to 1 kilo: €12
    • From 1 to 3.5 kilos: €17
    • From 3.6 kilos to 5 kilos: €21
    • Above: on request
  • Zone B: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Norway, Czech Republic.
    • From 0 to 1 kilo: €16
    • From 1 to 3.5 kilos: €28
    • From 3.6 to 5 kilos: €34

Ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Preparation and delivery times may be longer for custom-made products or ordered jewelry that is not in stock.

TRACK MY ORDER

Any order placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 72 hours following payment confirmation (except for jewelry which is sometimes made to order with a maximum delay of 10 days).

When your order status changes to "shipped," you will receive a confirmation email with your parcel tracking number, allowing you to track your package on the La Poste or DHL website.

Delivery times are provided as an estimate by our carriers and may vary depending on the time of year. In case of delay, Nilazur cannot be held responsible, and no compensation claims can be made by the customer against Nilazur.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Within the European Union, no taxes or customs fees apply. Our prices include all taxes. For our customers in the United Kingdom, please note that since January 1, 2021, customs fees apply to all orders over £135 (approximately €155).

In the rest of the world, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund or exchange. This period is extended to 45 days during the end-of-year period.

For any return, simply send us an email at contact@nilazur.com so that we can send you a prepaid return label.

Please note that returned items must not have been worn, used, or washed. Items with detached tags or in poor condition cannot be refunded or exchanged. Nilazur reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Note: Due to their rarity - except in exceptional cases, Fayoum sculptures and pottery are neither accepted for return nor exchange. The same applies to made-to-order jewelry. In all cases, we will do our best to satisfy you.

REFUND TIMES: You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been processed. We will refund using the same payment method used for the original order. Our average refund time is 14 days after receiving your returned package. Refund times may be longer during holiday or vacation periods.
