DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be specified when confirming the order.
Delivery is handled by Colissimo and DHL. Here is the price list (subject to change):
Delivery method to Monaco:

The products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Preparation and delivery times may be longer for custom-made products or jewelry ordered that is not in stock.
TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER
Any order placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 72 hours of payment validation (excluding jewelry which is sometimes made to order with a maximum lead time of 10 days).
When your order has been changed to "shipped" status, you will receive a confirmation email with your package's tracking number, which will allow you to track the progress of your package on the La Poste or DHL website.
Delivery times are provided by our service providers as an indication and may vary depending on the time of year. In the event of a delay, Nilazur cannot be held liable, and the customer cannot claim compensation from Nilazur.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
In Europe, no taxes or customs fees apply. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes. For our customers in the UK, please note that since January 1, 2021, customs fees apply to all orders over £135 (approximately €155).
In the rest of the world, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund or exchange. This period increases to 45 days during the holiday season.
For any returns, simply send us an email to contact@nilazur.com so that we can send you a prepaid return label.
Please note that returned items must not have been worn, used, or washed. Items with unopened tags or in poor condition will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Nilazur reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.

NB: Due to their rarity, Fayoum sculptures and pottery are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, with some exceptions. The same applies to custom-made jewelry. In all cases, we will do our best to satisfy you.
REFUND TIMES: You will receive an email informing you when your refund has been processed. We will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original order. Our average refund time is 14 days after receiving your returned package. Refund times may be extended during holiday periods.
