DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be specified upon confirmation of their order.
Delivery is provided by Colissimo and DHL. Here is the pricing table (subject to change):

Ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Preparation and delivery times may be longer for custom-made products or jewelry that is not in stock.
TRACK MY ORDER DELIVERY
Any order placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 72 hours of payment validation (excluding jewelry, which is sometimes made to order with a maximum delay of 10 days).
When your order is marked as 'shipped', you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your package, allowing you to track the delivery of your package on the La Poste or DHL website.
Delivery times are provided as an indication by our service providers and may vary depending on the time of year. In case of delay, Nilazur cannot be held responsible, and no compensation claims can be made by the customer to Nilazur.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
In Europe, no taxes or customs fees apply. Our prices are all-inclusive. For our customers in the United Kingdom, please note that since January 1, 2021, customs fees apply to all orders over £135 (approximately €155).
In the rest of the world, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
You have a period of 30 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund or exchange. This period is extended to 45 days during the end-of-year period.
For any return, simply send us an email at contact@nilazur.com so that we can send you a prepaid return label.
Please note that returned items must not have been worn, used, or washed. Items with detached tags and in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Nilazur reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

NOTE: Given their rarity - except in exceptional cases, Fayoum sculptures and pottery are neither returned nor exchanged. The same applies to custom-made jewelry. In any case, we will do our best to satisfy you.
REFUND TIMEFRAMES: You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been processed. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that was used for the original order. Our average refund timeframes are 14 days after receiving your return package. Refund timeframes may be extended during holiday or vacation periods.
