This wildly ethnic box is handmade from date palm leaves and goat leather, by a group of artisans living in a remote oasis in Upper Egypt, near the Red Sea, called Shalateen. Known for its natural weaving of palm leaves, this community perpetuates its nomadic traditions, settling in the shade of palm trees to bring life and shape to the previously dried palm leaves.

An ecological and practical object:

It is a completely eco-designed product, made from 100% natural materials. You can place keys in an entryway, use it in the kitchen to store sweets, or as a box for jewelry and secrets. It is also ideal for storing children's marbles as well as hair clips and ties.
