This wildly ethnic box is handmade from date leaves and goat leather by a group of artisans living in a remote oasis in Upper Egypt near the Red Sea called Shalateen. Known for their natural palm leaf weaving, this community continues their nomadic traditions, settling in the shade of palm trees to give life and shape to the previously dried palm leaves.

An ecological and practical object:

It is a completely eco-designed product, made from 100% natural materials. You can place keys in it in an entrance, use it in the kitchen to store sweets, or as a box for jewelry and secrets. It is also ideal for storing children's marbles as well as hair clips and scrunchies.
