The "Lotus Bleu" bangle, designed by Princess Fawzia, is an ode to the strength and resilience of men, women, and nature. The designer collaborates with master artisans from Khan el Khalil, a legendary market located in the heart of Old Cairo, to forge this bangle.

The Lotus Flower

In ancient Egypt, the lotus flower held major cultural significance as a symbol of life, the sun, creation, and rebirth. The behavior of the flower, closing in the evening and submerging underwater to resurface and bloom at sunrise, has reinforced its symbolic association with renewal and rebirth.
